[Substratum] BlueDragoon 4.3

Important:

You need a 7.0.X+ Custom ROM with OMS Commits or 8.0 or 8.1 AOSP-based ROM (It's better if rooted) and the Substratum Theme Engine in order to use this theme. Stock 7.x is not currently supported.

This theme does not work on OnePlus, Oppo, Vivo, Samsung stock ROMs. Please note that the March Security Patch has disrupted Substratum support. Kindly check this link before leaving a negative review: https://plus.google.com/114166399784700336226/posts/V13kun41KUJ

Tested on Mokee, AOSP Extended, AICP, and Cosmic OS.
